Are you responsible for set-up and pick up?
Yes, we are responsible for both set-up and pick up.
How many hours in advance is the set up done?
The set up is done approximately 2 hours in advance.
At what time do you do the pick up?
For a Play Day, the pick up is done 4 hours after the beginning of the event. For sleepovers, pick up is done before 12 p.m. of the next day of the event.

The spa price is per group.
How many hours does a Spa last?
A Spa lasts up to two hours.
Is the Spa assisted by someone?
Yes, the Spa service is assisted by our own staff and the number of people assisting the spa will depend on how many kids it is for.
Does the Spa include bathrobes for the girls?
Yes, when you hire our Spa services bathrobes are included for each girl.

How many kids can fit in one teepee?
You can fit 2 kids for a Play Date. However, for sleepovers it is recommended 1 kid per teepee.
What does the teepee price include?
The teepee price includes the teepee, decoration, lights, mattress, sheets, cushions and others.
How many hours does a Play Day last?
A Play Day lasts up to four hours.
Do you use comfortable mattresses for the sleepover?
Yes, our mattresses are super comfy!
Do you do all the teepee decoration?
Yes, we provide all the decoration for all our teepees.

A picnic lasts up to three hours.
Does the picnic come with all the decoration seen on the pictures?
